A growing problem we have today is the lack of space. Our growing population is generating more rubbish than ever. Although there are council tips and endless recycling facilities we still find waste in our towns and countryside that requires waste management.
This lack of respect for the environment including all wildlife happens on a daily basis across the UK costing the tax payers millions of pounds each year for waste removal services.
Kershaw offers waste management by working with local authorities; clearing up sites in our cities, towns and country side. Just one council we work with has on average 600 load of rubbish illegally dumped each month with at least 20 loads out of this containing asbestos. Fortunately we are able to offer our waste disposal services.
We are able to send small cage type vans out for waste collection where reported. If it is suspected to contain asbestos we send asbestos technicians with the relevant equipment to deal with the problem because asbestos is a substance hazardous to health and requires hazardous waste removal experts to dispose of it properly and safely.
With larger amounts we can supply a grab lorry and driver for waste collection and waste removal in a quick hassle free manner, leaving the effected area free from waste. Any uncontaminated waste that can be recycled will be taken to recycling centres for waste recycling.
Dormant land, old factories, yards, even empty properties in the streets where we live are just some of the places that we get called to for waste management. Sometimes waste has been building up for a number of years; in other situations it's only been there for a number of days. Whatever the circumstances it should be dealt with because if it is not there is a danger of additional problems such as vermin.
